Unlike mass produced, injection molded parts, our approach is different: we don’t use injection molding. Instead, we leverage advanced 3D printing with PLA and PETG plastics. This process allows us to curate every detail, tailor designs, and customize products to meet the specific needs of our customers. Injection molding offers less design flexibility. 3D printing is more suitable for designs that frequently change, allowing us to quickly adapt and customize our products to meet specific needs.

U-Hookd products are made from PLA and PETG, thermoplastic polyester materials that offer significant chemical resistance, durability, and excellent formability for manufacturing. Additionally, earth magnets are used for backing to enhance functionality and performance.

U-Hookd products can withstand temperatures of up to 37 degrees Celsius (100 degrees Fahrenheit), depending on the geographical region. Humidity could also play a part in their durability.

U-Hookd products utilize high-quality thermoplastic polyester with 30% infills, providing additional support and durability. However, they can be sensitive to gun wash solutions and waxing grease may cause the plastic to become tacky.

Some countries have customs fees, also known as customs duties, are taxes or tariffs imposed on goods when they cross international borders. The purpose of these fees is to protect a country's economy, residents, jobs, and environment by controlling the flow of goods into and out of the country.

At Uhookd, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. That’s why we offer a 6-month warranty on all Uhookd products.

If you experience any issues with your product within the first six months of purchase, simply contact our customer support team. We will replace your item based on our assessment. To determine the best resolution, we may request photos or videos of the issue.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from neglect, misuse, or improper handling.

For international customers, shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or tariffs for warranty replacements may be the responsibility of the customer.
