Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST (Calgary) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All prices are listed in CAD ($). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier used will depend on your destination and the fastest available service at the time of shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Tracking numbers typically activate within 24 hours of the email being sent.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country. U-HOOKD is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include the following so we can resolve it quickly:

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to update an address, contact us immediately — once an order has shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.
